Alazani Valley

The wine is made from Saperavi grapes. The stems are gently separated from the berries, after which the grape juice with
pulp, cooled to 4 C°, is left for 8-10 hours for maceration. When the juice acquires the desired pink colour, it is poured into
another container and left for several days for clarification and subsequent fermentation, which takes place in a traditional
way. It perfectly combines with cheese, red fish, poultry, as well as desserts and sweet fruits.
