Pirosmani

The wine appeared in 1981 and is named after the artist Nikoloz (Niko) Pirosmanashvili. It is made from grapes of the variety of Saperavi. After 5-7 days of maceration, when the desired level of residual sugar is reached, the fermentation process is stopped by cooling and filtering the wine, thereby maintaining natural sweetness and freshness. The wine of a dessert nature is served with fresh fruits, desserts and cream cheese.
