Alazani Valley

Semi-sweet red wine made from grapes of the variety of Saperavi. It is produced in the traditional way: after harvesting, grapes undergo destemming and crushing process, and then undergo fermentation at a controlled temperature. The wine has a pleasant fruity taste and aroma and is perfectly combined with spicy meat dishes, spicy cheese and chocolate cakes.
