Red dry wine made from selected Saperavi grapes harvested in Kakheti region. Fermentation of grape juice is carried out by the traditional method of making Kosher wine, under the strict control of specialists invited from Israel, with strict observance of the temperature regime. Serve with Georgian cuisine, beef, aged cheese and oven-roasted duck.
